Tournaments, Tournaments, Tournaments!

The next three Tournaments in Vermont are open for registration. All three are spectacularly different events. The Randolph course is one of the smallest courses in Vermont while Sugarbush is one of the largest. And Johnny’s Run for the Border event covers two full days of golf.

Gnomes Challenge III

When: Sunday, June 27th, 2010
Where: White River Disc Golf Course, Randolph, VT

Brief description: GMPS, NEFA event. Player Check in 8-8:45am Players meeting 9am. 2 Rounds of 18 Holes, followed by the GnomesSuperSkinz9 for the Top 4 cumulative scores of the day all divisions. That’s 9 extra holes of skins play for $25 prize per hole.

Run for the Border Challenge

When: Saturday and Sunday, July 10th and 11th, 2010
Where: Black Falls Disc Golf Course, Montgomery, VT
Tournament Director: Johnny Betts
Brief description: NEFA, PDGA B-Tier event, two days on two courses. Pros play 2 rounds @ Cherry Hill and 2 rounds @ Black Falls. All other divisions play 2 rounds @ Black Falls one round @ Cherry Hill. Players meeting and start time to be announced, expect it to be 8:30 or 9am.

Lincoln Peak Open

When: Sunday, July 18, 2010
Where: Sugarbush Ski Resort Disc Golf Courses, Sugarbush, VT
Tournament Director: David Frothingham and Josh Rappeport
Brief description: GMPS, NEFA “Double Points” event. All division will play both the Peak & Base Course. Registration ENDS at 8:15 AM on Sunday or once sold out. 72 players max. Players will be able to check-in on Saturday afternoon from 3-6pm. Players Meeting at 8:30 AM. Modified Shotgun Start at 9:00
